You get to decide this! You can be as involved as much or as little as you want. The only part you have to be there for is the walk through at the beginning. After that, it is up to you! A lot of people love going through the whole process, but I know it can be overwhelming and life can be busy. If you do not want to be there while I organize the area as we discuss, that is okay! Sometimes it is fun to leave and then come back when it's all finished.

Simply put, it depends. It takes about 3-5 hours of organizing before seeing significant progress in an area. Projects may take longer depending on the size of the space, how much you have in the space, and how quickly you can make decisions. Projects may take one session or multiple sessions, depending on your wants and needs. The quicker you make decisions about which items to throw away, donate, or keep, the less time it will take. I can also give you "homework" to do in between sessions if that is something you are interested in.

Yes! I am a teacher and love working with kids of all ages. Kids are sponges and if you teach them why and how to be organized, they are capable of keeping their own space organized. You might be thinking “my kid would never be able to keep their space organized", but you might be surprised! Having someone other then their own parents teach them how to be organized can be more effective than you think. Kids love to be autonomous, so this is a great place to start.

Sometimes having fresh eyes in a space can make a world of difference. It can be overwhelming and exhausting to organize a whole space or house by yourself, especially when you have kids. I have the energy, encouraging words, and the extra arms and legs that you need to be successful. We will eliminate the clutter that is taking up precious space in your home, create systems to make it easy to maintain, and have fun doing it! Having an extra person to help makes it less daunting. Once you see the space free of clutter and organized, the lighter you will feel. Then, you will be more inclined to maintain the space because of the feeling you get when it's clutter free and organized. Once your space is decluttered, your mind will be too!
